Compressor Controller, manufactured by Prima is sophisticated micro-controller based instrument with its compact & elegant look used to run a single compressor and many advance functions. It is provided with optional enclosure along with IP-55 protection. It includes facility of Watchdog Timer, Flash Memory RAM & EPROM. & Also other dynamic facilities like 8 point Annuciator with standard AUTO Reset sequence, Fault sensing delay for each fault, Lubricant Oil fault initial bypass facility, Auto unloading before compressor starting/stopping, Manual & Auto 2/3 step capacity control, Anti hunting system, Auto stop on unloaded RUN, Hooter demarcation for Alarm & Trip faults, Restricted successive starts, Auto AOP control etc. In its operational features, the compressor will always start in unloaded condition. It will start when faults are normal & start button is pressed. Frequent unloaded switching & hunting is avoided through time delay in press sensing circuit. Lub.Oil fault will remains by passed for 15 seconds. The compressor will stop automatically if it runs unloaded for 60 seconds & trip after set delay when fault persists for long time. The instrument will also announce all 8 faults with LED indication & hooter sound along with the fault description as per requirement.
